Pillsbee app, an AI-powered B2B Pharma Platform. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and the services provided through it. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our App.
By using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.
You must be a legal entity a registered pharmacy or a registered pharmacist. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.
You may need to create an account to access certain features of our App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Our App provides an AI-powered B2B Pharma Platform that facilitates the buying and selling of medicines and other pharmaceuticals to retail pharmaceutical companies from wholesalers.
Only registered pharmacies with active drug licenses are allowed to place orders through the Pillsbee platform. We do not sell or manufacture any products ourselves. Users are accountable for following varying policies based on the individual distributors.
As a user, You agree not to
• Use our App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Use the app to access unauthorized information.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks.
• Make improper use of our services or submit false reports.
As a user, You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

All content and materials on our App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Pillsbee or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Credit Card Payment
• Bank Transfer
• NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer)
• IMPS (Immediate Payment Service)
All transactions made through the App will be processed securely and adhere to industry-standard security protocols to protect your financial information.
Upon completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and current payment information. The App reserves the right to verify and validate the payment information before processing any transaction. Once the payment is authorized, the order will be processed and fulfilled.
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute brought by either you or us, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue these Terms from time to time.It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the changes.
Our App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that our App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times, We may experience hardware, software, or other logistics issues that require maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
To the extent permitted by law, Pillsbee shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, revenue, or other damages arising from your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
