We offer a standard shipping time of 2-3 days, with shipping charges varying based on the product and chosen distributor.

If, after receiving your shipping confirmation, you haven't received your order within 7 days, please contact us at support@pillsbee.com with your name and order number, and we will promptly investigate the matter for you .As billing is handled by distributors, our shipping policy may vary or be adjusted based on the policies of each individual distributor.

Return Policy

Following the billing process, you have the option to return your product for a credit note. As billing is handled by distributors, our return policy may vary or be adjusted based on the policies of each individual distributor.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a product before billing, a refund will be issued within 7 days. However, if the cancellation occurs after billing, a credit note for the cancelled product will be issued by the distributor. This credit can then be utilized to acquire another product from the same distributor. It is important to adhere to the specified return requirements for both returned and cancelled products. Please allow 7 days for the processing and assessment of your return. Upon acceptance, an email will be sent to you along with the issuance of a credit note.
